PELMENI DUMPLINGS – 21oz / 600g bag
Pelmeni (Russian Dumplings) are a beloved traditional dish in Russian cuisine, often considered comfort food. They are small dumplings made with thin unleavened dough, filled with minced meat — usually beef and pork —mixed with onion, garlic, and spices. Pelmeni are typically boiled and served with sour cream, butter, or vinegar, and sometimes in broth. With roots tracing back to Siberia, where they were made in large batches and stored frozen during the winter, pelmeni remain a staple of Russian households and gatherings, symbolizing warmth and togetherness.
